- Upon full payment, the final website or digital product is owned by the client.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
- Any pre-made templates, third-party assets, or licensed software remain the property of their respective owners.
- Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for business losses, downtime, or damages resulting from the use of our services.
- We do not guarantee specific results for SEO and digital marketing, as they depend on third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.).

- We collect client data only for project communication and will not share it without consent.
